App of La Fundació

An attractive and useful tool for FCS users

The Foundation's mobile application is available for Android and iOS phones and tablets. It is an application created on the occasion of the commemoration of the centenary of the modernist building of Gràcia, the institution's headquarters. The application aims to be an attractive and useful tool for users of the Foundation, but also for people interested in knowing and enjoying this emblematic building that is an example of Catalan modernism.

Through this tool you will be able to learn about the sociocultural programming and the latest news of the Foundation. This makes this app a “live” and permanently updated application. You will also find a brief explanation and a photo gallery about the history and current functions of the Foundation.

As well as a relationship with the different buildings and spaces that the Foundation currently offers to citizens to carry out activities. We are facing an innovative and pleasant tool for the user that we hope you use and enjoy.

Virtual tour

The most spectacular section is the virtual tour of the headquarters building.

With a set of 360º photos that allow you to navigate the building without missing any detail. And even more, with glasses customized especially for the Foundation, it is possible to bring this visit to an immersive virtual reality level.

These glasses, based on the Google Cardboard model, allow an innovative experience. They are made of cardboard, but this should not hide that there is more technology than it seems at first glance. They come folded with an ingenious design that allows the user to assemble them easily. Then the user only has to open the app and place the mobile inside the glasses. The navigation through the different virtual spaces of the modernist building, and through the different icons and menus that appear, is done simply with the fixation of the view.

Finally we find an educational game called “Find the Coin”. It is based on a small detective adventure through the history, spaces and philosophy of the old Caixa Sabadell.
