El taller
Si parlem de cuina i de quaresma, no pot faltar en cap taller la recepta de les imprescindibles torradetes de Santa Teresa —també conegudes com a torrijas—, i també aprendrem a preparar deliciós batut de fruita!
Aquest és un taller infantil de cuina creativa en el qual, al llarg de l’elaboració de les receptes, s'introdueixen també alguns conceptes i pràctiques essencials tant per manipular els aliments amb higiene i seguretat com també per mantenir una dieta saludable i equilibrada.
Durada
1 sessió de 2 hores.
Edats
de 5 a 12 anys.
